What should you include?

  • What you tried to do and what happened.
  • Your device and browser (mobile/desktop, Chrome/Safari etc.).
  • A screenshot or the exact error message if available.

Where to get support?

You can contact us by email, phone, the contact page or Facebook. Facebook is not required.
